Streamcom app for iPhone and iPad

This is a mobile app that allows managers and directors to post information to the site and the staff can read the information from their phone, like reading facebook. Managers can post memo, announcements, new policies, newsletters, quality reports, patient satisfaction scores and short messages. The app sends a notification to the staffs phone and lets the employees know that there is a new message to read. Managers can also post surveys or tests for the staff to take right from the phone.

- When there is an important message, managers can choose to have the message stick to the top of the news feed for 3,5, or 7 days.

- Managers also have the option to require an acknowledgement from the employees. The site allows you to run reports to see who has acknowledged the posting and who has not.

- Staff only receive messages that are posted in their own department. Administrators can post messages to all departments at once, and individual managers can post only to their own department.

- It takes away the need to post memos on a board in the lounge that rarely gets looked at anyway. Its easy for management staff to get information that is going on because they use their email all the time, but staff isnt... this allows them to know what is going on in real time, from anywhere.
